Production Planner I
We’re looking for a detail-oriented
Production Planner I
to support daily production scheduling and inventory coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely deliveries and smooth operations by aligning production goals with purchasing and sales requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule production orders for designated lines Maintain inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and root cause analysis Release work orders and resolve production-related issues Manage material transactions and reporting in Dynamics D365 ERP Create and maintain part numbers and assemblies in ERP Generate and update production schedules and inventory reports Provide backup support to planning teams at other locations Collaborate with international sales teams to manage intercompany orders and purchase orders Maintain system data integrity (lead times, safety stock, BOM updates) Support cross-functional departments as needed
Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in materials, production control, or purchasing Ability to work across multiple sites (Burbank and Valencia) Strong math, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Dynamics D365 preferred)
