Summary: A leading law firm is seeking a poised, professional Receptionist to join their Los Angeles office in a full-time, fully on-site role. This is a highly visible front-desk position that serves as the first point of contact for high-profile clients, guests, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a polished, client-service mindset and can manage a fast-paced, hospitality-infused environment. This position supports senior attorneys and staff with reception duties, conference room setup, scheduling, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately

Schedule meetings and handle conference room setups

Support coordination of events, catering, and logistics

Create a welcoming and polished front-office environment

Liaise with attorneys, staff, and leadership with a high level of discretion

Maintain lobby and guest areas to reflect the firm’s professional standards

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a front-desk, hospitality, or receptionist role (law firm or corporate preferred)

Background in hotels, corporate concierge, or high-end customer service settings strongly valued

Executive presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or conference room booking systems (e.g., EMS)

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience accepted

Must be comfortable working fully on-site, Monday through Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PT)

Compensation: $45,000 per year
