$19.00 an hour Sign On Bonus:

We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Full training will be provided for all roles. As a key member of our dining team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Essential Duties:
Learn to memorize table numbers and seat positions, and effectively use the kitchen display system. Finalize plate presentations while ensuring food quality and safety. Efficiently deliver food to the dining room to maintain a smooth flow of service. Assist Front of House with various tasks to enhance the overall dining experience. Help servers coordinate, complete, and package to-go and online orders. Provide guests with information about the restaurant and amenities on offer. Operate the point-of-sales system as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Preferred:
1 year of guest service experience, ideally in a fast-paced fine-dining environment. Required Skills:
Accurate, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of adapting to changing priorities. Communication:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills are essential. Required Abilities:
Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, adhere to dress code policies, and maintain good personal hygiene. Engage with guests, coworkers, and management professionally and courteously. Communicate clearly and pleasantly. Physical Demands:
Must be capable of walking or standing for up to 8 hours with fast-paced mobility. Good balance and the ability to bend, kneel, and stoop are required. Regularly reach, twist, push, pull, grasp objects, and independently lift 25+ pounds. Perform repetitive hand and wrist motions and demonstrate good hand-eye coordination. Working Environment:
Work occurs in a restaurant setting and may extend to the gaming floor, which features flashing lights, loud noises, and cigarette smoke. Must be able to navigate cramped quarters and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Occasional interaction with upset or hostile individuals may be required. This role involves high volume direct public contact.
