We work on indigenous-led carbon and biodiversity projects and aim to increase green infrastructure in communities with low climate resilience. Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team and assist our Social Media Manager and Lead Graphic Designer. This role will focus on creating compelling visual content for our social media platforms, helping to amplify our mission and engage our audience effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design engaging graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) - Assist team with making posts across social media - Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Lead Graphic Designer to ensure branding consistency - Create visual assets for campaigns, posts, stories, and special events - Assist with brainstorming and developing new ideas for creative social media content - Help adapt existing designs to different formats or platforms as needed Qualifications: - Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) - A good eye for aesthetics, colors, and layouts - Ability to follow branding guidelines and maintain consistency in design - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment - Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is a plus - Previous design experience or a design portfolio is preferred but not required How to Apply: Interested candidates should send a brief email introducing themselves and share their portfolio or samples of their design work (if available) to sarah.deamer@deltarisingfoundation.org.
