$42 - $52 / hour W2 Job Description: The client is seeking a 3D Visual Artist/Designer to create and render immersive environments and product spaces for education, healthcare, and higher education projects. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Create 3D models from engineering drawings, starting from scratch.
Render realistic environments with lighting, camera angles, and perspective.
Collaborate with internal teams and incorporate feedback.
Work on both new environments and optimize/update existing 3D spaces.
Bridge pre-visualization work before agency involvement.
Requirements: Must-Haves: 57 years of experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and art direction.
Strong portfolio showcasing spatial design, environments, and architecture.
Proficiency with one modeling tool (e.g., Cinema The Client, 3DS Max) and one rendering tool (Blender, Maya).
Ability to handle both modeling and rendering independently.
Strong understanding of lighting, perspective, and camera angles.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
Nice-to-Haves: Background in furniture, architecture, or interior design.
Experience designing room layouts in addition to product-level 3D work.
