Insomnia Cookies is a fast-growing, late-night bakery and delivery company. We are actively interviewing evening shift Delivery Drivers for the Downtown Charlotte store located at 210 E Trade St, Charlotte NC 28202. As a Delivery Driver, you are the boots on the ground and the main face our customers see outside of the bakery, delivering the Cookie Magic to fans wherever they are.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have own car, valid license, registration, and insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
