Sous Chef - Double Cut Steak House
. In this position, you’ll support and assist the restaurant executive chef in the oversight of the restaurant operation. Your responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of food items, directing culinary staff, ordering, and visually inspecting all food products to be served. You’re also responsible for assisting in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. This is a growth role in a busy resort with a large food and beverage operation.

$60,000-$68,000 per year.
We do require that you have a background, consisting of a year or more of experience in a high-volume restaurant, a year or more of culinary supervisory experience of at least three people, inventory and purchasing knowledge, and a proven ability to control food costs successfully. Steak house experience is strongly desired, but not required.
