is seeking an

Experienced Lean Practitioner

(Level 3) to support the

Supply Chain Functional Excellence

team in

Everett Washington. As an Experienced Lean Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in driving Lean initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for leading projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. This position requires a deep understanding of Lean principles and methodologies, as well as the ability to mentor and guide teams in their Lean journey. The successful candidate must be able to assist stakeholders in achieving their business goals by implementing production system standards, business process improvements, and best practices. This position involves collaborating, leading, and supporting the coordination and integration of multi-disciplined product teams for planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and implementation plan. Additional responsibilities include ability to instruct others in continuous improvement tools and principles. Assists in formatting updated training materials. Leads and facilitates (Lean tool certified) process improvement efforts, support continuous improvement tool application, proficiency training and strategy development. Position Responsibilities: Facilitate Lean projects and initiatives across various departments

Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement Lean training programs for employees at all levels

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts

Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives

Mentor and coach team members in Lean principles and practices

Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to management

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Lean methodologies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3-5 bullets 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment

3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace

3+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills

3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills

Willing and able to travel domestically

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Lean Six Sigma Certification

3+ years of experience teaching Lean+ tools and concepts

3+ years of experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $94,500 - $115,500
