This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Operate as a semi-local CDL-A driver in the Dedicated Contract Services program, delivering for a single customer with focus on safety, efficiency and timely deliveries. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards, and participate in training as required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $0.63-$0.75 per mile
• Stop pay: $20-$30 per stop
• Detention pay: $25 per hour after 2 hours
• Backhaul pay: $30 per load
• Attendance/performance bonus: $100 per week
• Miscellaneous hourly work: $20 per hour
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Other safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Holiday pay: $200 per day
• Annual earnings: drivers in this position have achieved $84,000 (indicative)
• Frequent home time
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
