Attorney (Real Estate/Title)

Job Summary Service Specialists recruiting agency is seeking an Attorney to join a premier title company based in Flowood. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney to gain experience in real estate law, title, and escrow work. The position offers hands-on training and mentorship, with the chance to grow into a long-term career within the title industry. Responsibilities Review and interpret contracts, title commitments, and closing documents. Assist with escrow transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Work with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to resolve title issues. Support closings by preparing and reviewing necessary documents. Provide legal oversight to ensure transactions meet regulatory standards. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and active Mississippi Bar license required (or ability to obtain). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Eager to learn and grow within the title and escrow field.
