Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Administrator with 3-5 years of commercial construction experience to manage jobsite activity and serve as the key liaison between contractors, clients, and the design team. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term growth potential and additional compensation through stock and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress and prepare detailed field reports
  • Attend OAC meetings and coordinate with internal staff and external partners
  • Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
  • Process change orders and approve contractor pay applications
  • Handle punch list inspections, project closeout, and warranty support
Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3-5 years of field construction or inspection experience (must be commercial)
  • Knowledge of construction processes and engineering systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills
Details:
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible start between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM
  • Travel: Local site visits only
  • Work Attire: Business casual
  • Remote/Hybrid: No - onsite role only
Location: Austell, GA
Pay: $57K-$65K base salary + stock options and bonus (total compensation up to $90K)

This is a client-focused position ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing construction in the field, not just handling documentation.
