Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction operations and manage on-site personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of safety on the job site.
• Train and mentor junior staff and field workers to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
