STV is seeking a Marketing Proposal Manager to join our Buildings group. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days in office/week) in our Los Angeles, California office.

Responsibilities :
- Proposal & Marketing Deliverable Development
- Manage and lead the development of responses to solicitations from public and private building clients, including managing marketing team efforts, analyzing solicitations, developing schedules, and ensuring compliance with all requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with pursuit and project teams to identify themes, assign content development, and develop graphics and narratives.
- Coordinate color review meetings, proofread submissions, and ensure all elements meet solicitation criteria.
- Interview Preparation
- Lead development of interviews, including storyboarding, coordinating with graphic designers, managing rehearsals, and supporting presentation teams.
- Serve as PowerPoint operator, timer, or room setup as needed.
- General Marketing Support
- Support project descriptions, resumes, and marketing documents updates.
- People Management
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with peers for team development.
- Marketing Management
- Participate in strategic planning and client debriefs to enhance relationships and lessons learned.
- Pursuits & Pre-solicitation Positioning
- Support pursuit development, competitor analysis, strategy development, and facilitate meetings.
Qualifications :
- Creative, self-motivated professional eager to grow in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational, research, and writing skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with high-quality, graphically intensive marketing deliverables.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, liberal arts, or related field.
- At least 8 years of proposal management experience, including federal proposals and design-build projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.
