Overview

We are seeking a driven HR Generalist to support our manufacturing client in key areas of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and compliance. While the position requires regular presence at the plant in Mountain Pass, CA, candidates living in nearby Nevada are also encouraged to apply.

What Youll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to drive recruiting efforts and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide support across benefits, HR systems, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects and HR reporting.
• Serve as an HR ambassador at company and community events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall employee experience.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of HR systems (ADP required).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• A passion for process improvement and delivering a best-in-class HR experience.
• Knowledge of California labor compliance (highly preferred).

Compensation

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
