Location:: Onsite: 5x's week in Boca Raton, Florida

Status reports on weekly basis
Steering committee deck every 6 weeks

BA that has project management experience. This person should be experienced in financial, ERP, operational and technical projects.

Interview's next week:

Responsible for leading various projects within the established standards and policies of the Project Management Team. Assigned projects work cross-functionally across multiple systems and a diverse geographic region. The incumbent must have considerable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate a high degree of project ownership and accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manages active and assigned IT projects supporting SBA's Domestic and International operations.
• Sets project goals, maintains budget estimates, and develops project plans to be on schedule and within budget.
• Schedule meetings with teams, stakeholders, and vendors for assigned IT projects as needed.
• Manages change requests, tracks additional costs and manages project scope.
• Identify risks and inform management of issues that may impact project deliverables and/or schedules.
• Create project charters, ROI's and other documents in support of IT projects.
• Provide project status reports to team members, executive management and vendors as required.
• Ensures compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Direct supervision of IT Business Analyst.
• Manages the gather of business requirements and creation of technical and functional specifications for IT projects.
• ssures proper training and release plans are completed.
• Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
• Maintain SharePoint and other databases with project status and key project information.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in related field of study and 3-5 years of project management experience in a technology organization or professional services company implementing IT systems. Experience in managing project implementations. Experience working with business analysts, development, and QA teams.
