We're seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and operational excellence across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role with high visibility and impact, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost, enhance safety, and increase efficiency. Lead capital projects from concept through execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. Develop and modify procedures to support new equipment, technologies, and process changes. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot chronic issues and implement long-term solutions. Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement and 5S.
