Supply Chain Manager
to join their team! Join a global leader in manufacturing and engineering services, focusing on aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. This role is pivotal in driving supply chain strategies, cost-containment, and supplier performance. The position is open due to the need for strong aerospace/circuit board experience. Youll lead a team of buyers and stockroom reports, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities & ***** Drive supply chain strategies and cost-containment Manage supplier development and negotiations Lead S&OP process and meetings Ensure inventory management and delivery performance Oversee logistics and warehousing operations Support new product launches and introductions Ensure ITAR compliance and fiscal management Promote company core values and collaboration Required Qualifications & ***** Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience 3 years ERP system experience 3 years of S&OP processes experience Aerospace or electronic component manufacturing experience Nice to Have Skills & ***** MBA preferred ISM or APICS certification preferred CPM, CSM, or CPSM certification preferred Commodity management and supplier development experience Perks & ***** This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
