Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CCO. This role is ideal for a highly organized and adaptable professional who thrives in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring smooth operations and effective management of administrative responsibilities. Discretion, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CCO.
- Maintain and coordinate a dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests.
- Organize meeting logistics, including room setups, materials, and visitor reception.
- Manage and update spreadsheets for team leave, compensation, and financial tracking.
- Anticipate executive needs and respond to urgent matters or shifting priorities with flexibility and efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Provide a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and meeting participants.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as required to support executive operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive or senior-level administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
