Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized
HR Coordinator
to support our Human Resources team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee experience, engagement, and creating memorable workplace events. You’ll play a key role in supporting HR operations while fostering a positive and inclusive culture across our properties. Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management. Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building events. Assist staff events such as holiday parties, appreciation days, and milestone celebrations. Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. Maintain compliance with company policies and hospitality industry standards. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and help resolve HR-related issues. Assist with training logistics and tracking employee development programs. Collaborate with department heads to promote a culture of inclusion, service excellence, and teamwork. Ability to work in any area as needed. Qualifications
Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in the hospitality, customer service industry. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast paced environment. Creative mindset with a passion for employee engagement and event planning. Preferred Skills
Experience coordinating HR functions for food & beverage operations, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance. Ability to thrive in a fully functional, fast-paced, multitasking department, with flexibility to pivot and support various HR needs as they arise. Proven success in planning and executing employee events and engagement programs that foster team spirit and enhance workplace culture. Strong understanding of hospitality labor laws, wage and hour compliance, and workplace standards. Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in Spanish, to support a diverse workforce and enhance communication across departments Apply to Levy today!
