This role is within the MDVCIPD (Medication Delivery Vascular Care and Infusion Preparation Disposables) business, in the V&V (Verification & Validation) team, seeking an R&D Senior Engineer specializing in Test Method Development (TMD) and Design Verification to join us. In this exciting role, you will impact health care by driving commercialization of new products and design changes for current products through all phases. You will contribute to the planning, design, building, and qualification of measurement systems and methods vital to evaluating product safety, efficacy, performance, and compliance while ensuring accurate completion of project and business goals. You will contribute to the strategy and execution of product design verification and validation activities to demonstrate product safety, efficacy, performance, and compliance. Lead design verification activities throughout all project phases, including planning, execution, and analysis Develop and own verification documentation including plans, protocols, rationales, test methods, and reports Perform test method development and validation Conduct data analysis and prepare comprehensive technical reports Create and interpret technical drawings Apply engineering principles for design analysis and statistical evaluation Develop appropriate sampling plans Drive innovation and process efficiency improvements Contribute to new product design and optimization of existing products Leadership Expectations

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with 4+ years of experience in medical device or other regulated industry, OR an Advanced Degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering Demonstrated track record of technical problem solving and effective product development Design controls expertise Proficiency in statistical methods and tools Strong understanding of solid mechanics and mechanics of materials Knowledge of traditional and modern fabrication techniques Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree (MS or PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or similar field 6+ years of post-educational experience in Medical Device industry DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) training or certifications Salary Information: $106,600.00 - $175,900.00 USD Annual Additional Information
