Insight Global is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support one of its leading clients in the technology services space. In this role, you'll coordinate logistics for leadership and team meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups. You'll also support the creation and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring they're accurate and up to date. In addition, you'll help facilitate team operations such as coordinating communications, organizing events, supporting team collaboration, and serving as the main point of contact for scheduling requests and calendar conflicts. You'll proactively resolve issues to optimize leadership time and may take on other administrative tasks to support the team's overall efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in administrative support, ideally for leadership or executive teams. Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in calendaring tools and the Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Project management experience. Familiarity with Statements of Work (SOW) processes. Experience with team facilitation techniques.
