Senior Loan Processor/Team Lead
responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include: Managing loan files across agency, government, and Non-QM products, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing from start to finish. Reviewing, verifying, and analyzing borrower documentation, including income, assets, credit, title, and insurance. Collaborating with Loan Officers, Borrowers, Underwriters, Escrow, Closers, and Funders throughout the transaction. Ensuring compliance with direct lending protocols, including TRID, LEs, CDs, document drawing, post-close conditions, and funding authorizations. Required qualifications for the position include :
Minimum of 5 years of mortgage processing experience
with both direct lenders and brokers. Proficiency in Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans, including bank statement, DSCR, CPA-prepared P&L, and asset-based financing. Strong knowledge of direct lending protocols and compliance requirements. Experience with document drawing, funding, warehouse banks, and investor loan sales. Technical proficiency with LOS, CRM, and other mortgage technology platforms. Preferred qualifications for the position include :
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files under tight deadlines. Previous management or team leadership experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pay Rate Range : $50,000 - $70,000 Plus Bonus
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
