The
Executive Chef
will serve as the top culinary leader, directing daily operations, driving culinary excellence, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. This individual will be a visible presence, collaborating with an experienced management team and engaging with guests, clients, and the broader community.
Compensation & Benefits
: $145,000 - $170,000 + annual performance bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, PTO, dining discounts, relocation assistance, and more.
Must-Haves 7–10 years of senior culinary leadership experience in high-volume, multi-outlet environments. Strong background in catering and banquets, including large-scale events. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing culinary teams. Financial acumen, including P&L oversight, labor management, and cost control. Professional, approachable leadership style with a passion for mentoring and guest relations. Culinary or hospitality degree preferred; ServSafe certification required.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all culinary operations across multiple restaurants and service styles. Lead, mentor, and develop the culinary management team and hourly staff.
