About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver commercial construction projects in Florida. The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget targets are met while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead project teams, including field staff and subcontractors, to ensure adherence to scope and quality standards.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to confirm compliance and identify potential risks.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, including procurement, negotiation, and performance oversight.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and cost control.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies on job sites.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (drywall and interiors experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
