Role Overview

The Project Manager leads mechanical and plumbing projects from pre-construction to close-out, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications to confirm project scope.
• Manage scheduling, manpower, materials, and documentation.
• Resolve conflicts with other trades and construction documents.
• Foster strong client relationships.
• Support estimating, cost forecasting, billing, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing commercial plumbing and mechanical projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Skilled in scheduling, estimating, and interpreting technical documents.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Outlook; Procore and BIM tools a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
