Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator who can effectively manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and changes proactively
- Prepare and present regular progress reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project controls
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
