Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers with a proven track record in managing diverse Public Works projects including plant facility & pipeline construction in the phases of project development, design, and mainly construction as well as development tracks for grading, utilities, and roadways. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in managing water & wastewater infrastructure, street paving and rehabilitation, including curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements; traffic signal installations; utility infrastructure; and related civil work.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of public works engineering experience
• California P.E. license or Certified Construction Manager (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Experience

• Managing multi-disciplinary teams on municipal capital improvement projects
• Utility coordination and site development expertise
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local infrastructure regulations

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with stakeholders, engineers, and contractors
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project delivery
• Lead meetings, provide updates, and resolve on-site issues
• Coordinate with consultants, staff, and municipalities
