Construction Project Manager – Commercial General Contractor

Our client, a leading commercial general contractor with a strong portfolio of projects across Ohio, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team in Columbus. This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager with a strong commercial background who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead project meetings, provide regular updates, and proactively resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background .
• Hands-on experience with general contracting and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
