Responsibilities- Manage daily operations from pre-construction through final completion
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and contracts
- Coordinate site activity with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure outstanding quality, safety, and adherence to plans and codes
- Conduct site walks, resolve issues, and maintain open communication with clients
- Review invoices and documentation, approve changes, and manage selections
- Foster a positive project experience for every client
- 5+ years’ residential project management experience; custom building/remodeling preferred
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of trades, construction practices, codes, permitting, and local market
- Excellent scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership skills
- Client-focused communicator and solution-seeker
- Proficiency with construction management platforms and software
- OSHA certification or safety training is a plus
