We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Project Manager with over 12 years of professional experience to lead complex architectural projects from concept through completion. This role requires a licensed architect with a strong background in technical design, project delivery, and team leadership. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring design excellence and project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects across all phases: schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
  • Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, designers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and quality of design and documentation.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm in meetings and presentations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and contribute to professional development within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • Active architectural license in the United States.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on technical design and project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices.
  • Experience in [insert sector, e.g., commercial, institutional, healthcare, etc.].
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Deltek, Newforma, MS Project).
