Your new role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be working alongside a Sr. PM on a $30M demolition and ground-up rebuild of a school. This project is currently underway with an expected completion date of August 2026. You will be on site every day.
After completion of the project, you will oversee 2–3 smaller projects or 1–2 larger ones, depending on scope and budget. You’ll work from the office five days a week, with regular site visits once a week.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, Ground-Up experience is preferred
- Ability to be on-site at the project location in Arnold, MD 5 days a week
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage 1-3 projects at a time
