SSARCO of TX, PLLC has an immediate opening for an experienced Architectural Project Manager in our downtown Dallas office. Who You Are:
- Passionate about design, obsessive about technical quality of documents, versatile enough to be involved in projects from start to finish.
- Possess strong leadership skills, as well as excellent time management and the ability to close out a project.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing an entire project lifecycle and design processes through post-occupancy.

- Authorized to work in the US & live or plan to relocate immediately to the DFW area.
Essential Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Architectural office with the ability to produce a complete set of construction documents.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with Revit®, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling (Lumion, Enscape / V-Ray, etc.). including the ability to issue full set of construction documents coordinated with consultants through BIM 360 Collaborator Pro.
- Required knowledge of building codes, local zoning, life safety, energy codes, and accessibility.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Ability to communicate proactively with clients, consultants (Civil, Landscape, Structural, MEP) via email, phone, and teleconference (Microsoft Teams) regularly throughout the design process.
- Ability to lead and mentor within a team environment, working with individuals from various backgrounds.
- Create, update, and maintain architectural drawings and incorporate red lines and field markups into drawings.
- Create and set up view templates in Revit® BIM and use software product tags and automatic keynotes for consistency.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team developing plan sets (organize layouts, develop details, plan views, etc.).
- Lead and independently manage all project phases, with high-quality design and technical solutions using industry and client standards.
- Manage document production on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare proposals and budgets. Track project budgets, profits, and staff productivity.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, professional writing skills, and the ability to multi-task between several projects and priorities at one time.

Compensation: $95,000 to $115,000 DOE
