Position Summary

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex restoration projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee exterior restoration projects including façade repair, masonry restoration, roofing, waterproofing, concrete rehabilitation, and more.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, budgets, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in exterior restoration or related fields.
  • Strong technical knowledge of restoration techniques, building materials, and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
