Join the M&A and Private Equity teams, exposed to a diverse array of corporate and private equity transactions, and gain hands-on experience in deal-making and corporate strategy. Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other related transactions, and handle general corporate legal issues. Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners throughout the deal process, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing deal progress, and ensuring standards of quality and compliance. Draft comprehensive transaction documents and navigate complex deal structures to provide strategic insights and ensure transactions are executed flawlessly. Demonstrate a driven, business-development oriented mindset, manage multiple projects independently, and operate in a fast-paced environment with significant direct client contact. Build and nurture long-term client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice with autonomy and impact. Qualifications
