Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates. **The Role *** Lead the development and execution of the equity product roadmap, aligning with client needs, market trends, and business priorities. * Drive cross-functional alignment and readiness for product deployment, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and value proposition development. * Serve as a subject matter expert for equity markets and related financial instruments i.e.

ETFs, providing insights to delivery teams and shaping digital and live channel experiences. * Represent Fidelity in market-facing engagements, offering thought leadership and strategic commentary to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. * Monitor and communicate regulatory, legislative, and competitive trends, ensuring the product strategy remains compliant yet innovative and forward-looking. * Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and cross-enterprise business units to enhance product capabilities and reach. **The Expertise and Skills You Bring **The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a start-up mind-set, and a track record of aligning cross-functional teams.
