The Role We're seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to own HFC's brand voice, content strategy, and creator programs — making sure we show up consistently across student-facing (Gen Z) channelsandB2B-facing (brand partner) channels. You'll lead integrated campaigns, manage influencer programs, and guide social media to grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more — ensuring HFC connects emotionally with studentswhileearning credibility with brands. What You'll Do
Brand & Content Strategy:Define HFC's voice across Gen Z and B2B audiences, create dual-audience content calendars, and produce thought leadership that positions HFC as a category leader.
Social Media Leadership:Own strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts (Gen Z) and LinkedIn (B2B). Partner with social team to create engaging content and experiment with new formats.
Campaign Execution:Lead cross-channel campaigns, experiential activations, and PR efforts that reach both students and brand partners.
Creator Programs:Build and scale influencer partnerships from sourcing to ROI measurement. Cultivate long-term creator relationships.
Performance & Optimization:Monitor brand health, analyze content performance, and iterate based on insights across both audiences.
What We're Looking For
Experience:4–6 years in brand/content marketing with heavy social media focus. Direct experience running influencer programs end-to-end with measurable ROI.
Short-Form Video Mastery:3+ years hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Proven track record of viral content, trend identification, and algorithm optimization.
Gen Z Cultural Fluency: Native understanding of Gen Z digital culture, slang, memes, and values. Ability to create authentic content that doesn't feel corporate and spot emerging trends before they peak.
Skills: Social-first mindset that balances Gen Z authenticity with B2B credibility. Strong project management, excellent storytelling, and data-informed creative thinking. Experience managing social teams.
