They’re now looking to hire a Customer Engagement Specialist to join their Product team and play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to join early, make a real impact, and grow alongside a passionate, mission-driven team. What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the first point of contact for users needing support and guidance Troubleshoot issues, escalate bugs, and collaborate with Product & Engineering Create user documentation, best practice guides, and onboarding playbooks Become a product expert and help drive adoption and satisfaction Partner with leadership to optimize internal systems and processes Support customer health by identifying friction points and offering solutions What We’re Looking For

4+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments Familiarity with tools like Zendesk and Salesforce A proactive, empathetic, and collaborative mindset Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers Benefits
