Responsibilities
Serve as the primary financial and strategic consultant for the CISO and ETO VP, engaging with their Senior Leadership Teams.
Manage financial processes for Corporate Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and ETO teams, covering AOP, STRAP, and reporting cycles.
Drive, develop and socialize key financial analyses related to long-term data center strategy, total cost of application ownership, and high-profile contracts.
Coach, mentor and empower a team of leaders to advance professional development via training, target setting, and performance evaluations.
Provide expertise alongside Controllership and Technical Accounting Teams to analyze accounting guidance for CapEx versus OpEx strategies.
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and modeling.
Demonstrate cross-functional involvement and continuous improvement (PPI) values.
Capabilities and Leadership Attributes
Partnership: Strategic advisory support to empower and lead the organization in sound, balanced economic decisions.
Thought Leadership: Advocate for innovation, new technologies, and ideas.
Financial Domain: Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, forecasting, process controls, and software capitalization knowledge.
Manage financial processes like AOP, STRAP, reporting, and quarter closes.
Flexibility: Ability to work across functions to pursue continuous operational improvement.
Influence: Translate business challenges into financial solutions and build consensus.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
10+ years of proven success in a Finance or Accounting role.
Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is
$160,100.00–$240,125.00 .
This position may be eligible for a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. The comprehensive Total Rewards package includes:
