Our promise: you will gain invaluable experience in a position that offers significant responsibility, interaction with AI product and business leaders, and an opportunity to have a big impact.Finance Manager, AI Responsibilities * Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the AI organization * Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners * Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas * Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management * Help define and implement scalable financial processes * Perform strategic and ad-hoc business analysis as requiredMinimum Qualifications * 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics * BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent * Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning * Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting * Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders * Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications * Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company * Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R) * Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projectsFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click for additional information.About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
