Join our Corporate Communications team as a Corporate Communications Coordinator, where you’ll help shape how employees experience work, culture, and change. What You'll Do
Internal Communications & Content: Draft clear, engaging, and audience-tailored communications for internal channels including email, intranet, newsletters, and leadership messaging
Assist with employee engagement events by preparing materials, supporting logistics, and ensuring smooth execution
Digital & Visual Storytelling: Create graphics, presentations, and multimedia content that bring stories to life and enhance understanding
Explore and experiment with AI-powered communication tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support innovative storytelling
Support the company’s digital presence (internal and external) through content creation and best practices research
Research, Insights, & Analytics: Investigate best practices in corporate communications, AI, and employee engagement, summarize findings and present actionable insights
Track communication effectiveness using analytics dashboards and measurement tools, then recommend improvements to boost impact
Collaboration & Support: Support leaders by preparing talking points, drafting messages, and translating complex ideas into compelling stories
Partner closely with senior communicators, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with company goals
About You
1–2 years of experience (including internships) in communications, internal communications, digital media, or a related discipline
Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Comfort with emerging AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) and curiosity about how they shape the future of communications
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with communication measurement tools (e.g., Poppulo, SharePoint insights, Google Analytics)
Experience supporting events, town halls, or employee engagement activities
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset—you’re excited to learn, experiment, and stretch your skills

Work Location San Francisco. The above locations are eligible offices for this role. The locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this role’s team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model, and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In-person attendance is essential for this role’s success, and remote placement will not be considered. LendingClub offers relocation, based on actual job level.
Time Zone Requirements Primarily PT. While the position will primarily work local hours, LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.
Travel Requirements As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations, as needed.
Compensation The target base salary range for this position is 70,000-80,000. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClub’s Total Rewards package. You may also be eligible for an annual bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings).
