About the role We are looking for a Director of Product, Core Experience to lead a team that will own the user experience of our app across all platforms, as well as the distribution of Tubi to new platforms. Success will include transforming the content discovery experience on all app surfaces, evolving our information architecture, unlocking strategic partnerships with distribution partners, and ensuring our app and video playback meet high performance standards. In this product leadership role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, sales, and marketing to translate complex challenges into actionable product strategies that will fuel Tubi’s growth. Your responsibilities

Contribute to the growth and development of the PM discipline at Tubi Develop and execute the TV experience roadmap for growth-oriented feature development, in collaboration with design, engineering, marketing and analytics Ensure seamless integration and distribution of Tubi’s services with new and existing third party platform partners Develop extensible capabilities that enable Tubi to scale across multiple content types, including live TV and creator content Guide the player interface and playback quality metrics to ensure users have a seamless viewing experience Drive growth in viewer adoption and engagement using data-driven product experiments Understand blockers and develop creative experiments and solutions to overcome them Be accountable for achieving company-level growth objectives Your background

8+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing product (entertainment-focused products and/or frontend UX experience preferred) 4+ years of experience leading and managing product teams Demonstrated experience driving product decisions based on data and performance insights Ability to dive into complex technical challenges, particularly those involving video delivery and user interaction Experience working cross-functionally with design, data, sales and marketing teams to accelerate growth Strong experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps in high-growth environments, with a clear ability to work with and influence senior executives California, New York City, Westchester County, NY, and Seattle, WA $243,700 - $348,100 USD Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
