Overview The Senior Manager of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and execution for the company. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty. The Senior Manager of Marketing will collaborate closely with the executive team, operations, and culinary departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's vision and business goals.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Set and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Campaign Management

Lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and in-store promotions. Collaborate with third party marketing partner to develop compelling content and visuals that resonate with target audiences. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement. Brand Management

Maintain and enhance the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop and oversee brand guidelines to ensure cohesive messaging and visual identity. Lead initiatives to build brand loyalty and increase customer lifetime value. Digital Marketing

Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, online advertising, and website management. Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance, using analytics tools to drive ROI. Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Public Relations & Partnerships

Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and events. Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and other relevant entities to amplify marketing efforts. Lead community engagement initiatives to strengthen the brand's presence in the local market. Manage and give direction to third party marketing firm to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Education & Experience

High school diploma/GED with a four-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in restaurant/food industry Minimum 1 year in leadership role required Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and analytics Working knowledge of industry standard graphic design software Skills & Abilities

Proven experience of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Leadership abilities, including ability to think strategically, develop operational strategies and determine long-term impact of decisions on the business Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork and collaboration Ability to work varied shifts and travel to designated locations Salary Range $80,000-$105,000 depending on experience.
