Own Marketing Strategy & Execution :

Define and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, product, content, growth, community, and communications. Build & Lead the Team :

Recruit, develop, and manage a world-class marketing team, including experts in content, growth, design, and product marketing. Strengthen the Brand :

Position the company as the leading voice in Web3 security. Own messaging frameworks, visual identity, and long-term brand equity across channels. Drive Demand & Ecosystem Growth :

Build and execute campaigns that drive user acquisition, protocol partnerships, and inbound interest across the crypto ecosystem. Own Product Marketing :

Partner closely with product, engineering, and BD to launch new features and services — translating technical innovation into clear, compelling stories. Lead Content & Thought Leadership :

Oversee the creation of high-impact content that educates, engages, and establishes credibility with developers, security professionals, and crypto-native audiences. Guide Executive & Crisis Comms :

Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on external communications, reputation management, and public-facing narratives. Measure & Optimize :

Define KPIs, build dashboards, and implement a data-driven approach to track performance and inform decisions. What We’re Looking For

8+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles in crypto / Web3 or deeply technical industries e.g., cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure). Proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams at high-growth startups or technology companies. Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, security concerns, developer communities, and the unique nuances of marketing to Web3-native audiences. Strong brand and storytelling instincts — able to craft positioning that resonates across stakeholders and channels. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with rapidly shifting priorities. Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset — not afraid to dive into details or produce content when needed. Nice to Have

Experience marketing to both technical and non-technical crypto audiences. Familiarity with DeFi, smart contract security, ZK technology, or blockchain infrastructure. Previous success positioning a company as the leader in a new or emerging category. Compensation Compensation Range:

$150K - $250K
