Overview:
Seeking an experienced engineer to manage the transition of new projects from tooling to manufacturing, ensuring smooth product launches, process validation, and quality compliance.

A key element to what we’re looking for is experience with operating injection molding machines and experience with DOE activities as well as experience with validating injection molding processes particularly in medical applications.
Key Responsibilities: Lead new product introduction from tooling into manufacturing. Define manufacturing requirements and validation protocols. Conduct print reviews and create process flow diagrams. Prepare pFMEA and analyze statistical data (SPC, Gage R&R, process capability). Validate and qualify manufacturing equipment and processes (IQ/OQ/PQ). Provide production support and ensure successful project launches. Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. Drive process improvements and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Plastics Engineering or related field. 6+ years in manufacturing/engineering with problem-solving and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma). 3+ years working with ISO 13485 quality systems. Hands-on experience operating injection molding machines. Strong background in DOE and validating injection molding processes, especially for medical applications. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Other Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR compliance). Ability to work on the production floor, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear required PPE.
