We are seeking a Senior Asset Manager to oversee a national portfolio of multifamily properties. This individual will be responsible for driving property and portfolio performance through close collaboration with third-party property management partners. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in multifamily real estate investment and operations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead asset management strategy and execution for a national multifamily portfolio Partner with third-party property management companies to ensure operational excellence, leasing success, and resident satisfaction Monitor financial performance, including NOI, occupancy, rent growth, and expense controls Oversee preparation and review of annual budgets, business plans, and capital expenditure strategies Conduct regular performance analysis, market benchmarking, and variance reporting Coordinate with acquisitions and finance teams on underwriting, refinancing, and dispositions Deliver quarterly and annual reporting for ownership and investors Conduct site visits to evaluate property operations, capital projects, and business plan execution Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting professional growth and development
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in multifamily asset management, with national or large regional portfolio oversight Strong knowledge of financial analysis, real estate operations, and capital planning Proven ability to collaborate with and hold third-party property management partners accountable Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency; experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms preferred
