Caseware is one of Canada's original Fintech companies, with more than 30 years in the global audit and accounting software industry, serving over 500,000 users across 130 countries and available in 16 languages. The Caseware Marketing team is looking to bring on a strategic, hands-on Senior Events Manager to elevate global event operations. The role leads the development and execution of a unified global event strategy, with a particular emphasis on directly managing and executing events in North America. Reporting to the marketing leadership team, this role will oversee a comprehensive global calendar of in-person, digital, and hybrid events—ensuring alignment across regions while operationalizing North American events end-to-end. The Senior Events Manager will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable demand generation through a scalable event strategy that balances high‑level vision with tactical execution. Location: This position is available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in the US (remote) or in Toronto, Ontario (hybrid 3x per week in-office). What you will be doing

Global Strategy & Calendar Management: Own the global event strategy, ensuring consistent positioning, branding, and audience targeting across all markets; build and maintain a centralized global calendar of key events, including Caseware-hosted experiences and third-party opportunities; partner with regional teams to provide guidance, best practices, and operational alignment on international event execution; present strategic recommendations on global sponsorships, speaker engagements, and flagship events. North America Focus & Execution: Directly lead the execution of all North American events, including owned and sponsored activations, customer-facing events, field marketing experiences, and trade shows; manage full-cycle logistics for NA events—from planning and vendor management to on-site execution and post-event analysis; serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Customer Success, etc.) in planning regional events. Digital & Hybrid Events: Support planning and execution of global digital and hybrid events including thought leadership webinars, virtual conferences, and live-streamed product launches; present recommendations for digital event platforms and tools (registration systems, streaming tools, engagement tech, lead scanning apps, etc.); ensure exceptional audience experience and brand consistency across all virtual touchpoints. Operations, Promotion & Performance: Support the development of integrated promotional strategies with the broader marketing team (email, social media, digital advertising, PR); work with Marketing Ops to determine KPIs and performance metrics across all event types and develop a dashboard for global events reporting and insights; manage vendor relationships, event budgets, production timelines, and inventory across digital and physical formats; oversee booth inventory and event materials to ensure on-brand, compliant, and regionally appropriate assets; lead the swag and promotional item program, including vendor sourcing, inventory management, and regional distribution; establish and maintain an internal Events Best Practices Guide for consistency and scalability across regions and event types.
