This is a remote role that reports to the Vice President of Admissions and Enrollment, and works in close collaboration with the Finance and Operations team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to drive enrollments for graduate programs.

Lead initiatives to identify, inspire, and support applicants through the Minerva admissions and enrollment processes.

Establish and nurture organizational partnerships for identification and development of targeted student pipelines.

Amplify awareness and understanding of Minerva University.

Develop and implement an outreach and recruitment plan to build understanding of Minerva’s programs among stakeholder networks.

Meet annual enrollment targets for graduate programs, ensuring applicant, conversion, and matriculation targets are met.

Lead outreach campaigns and recruitment strategies across the funnel, including calls, emails, or texts to connect with prospective students and admitted students.

Guide prospective students through the application process, helping them navigate options and take the next steps in education.

Grow university and program awareness through collaborations within the Enrollment team and partnerships.

Expand recruitment channels and strategies, including industries aligned with program outcomes.

Conduct recruitment travel to represent Minerva in strategic spaces and reach prospective students.

Design and deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and programs to raise awareness of Minerva.

Collaborate with Admissions and the Faculty Director of Graduate Programs to review, process, and admit students.

Work across departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for enrolled students and participate in pre-arrival and orientation activities.

Utilize CRM (Slate) to track enrollment progress, coordinate communications, manage data, and record student interactions.

Manage and support direct reports—alumni ambassadors and work-study students.

Support cross-functional and cross-regional programs to advance overall enrollment efforts.

Qualifications

Deep passion for helping others achieve their potential through education and a belief in Minerva’s mission.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

5+ years of work experience in admissions and enrollment, with graduate program experience preferred.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Experience engaging with international student populations or global partners preferred.

Experience working with a globally based team across time zones.

Proactive self-starter with the ability to move work forward independently in a remote environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with stakeholders at varying levels.

Excellent presentation and analytical skills; ability to make data-driven decisions.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Availability to work extended hours and some weekends as needed.

Compensation $105,000 - $110,000 per year. The position is exempt and comes with benefits if 75% FTE or above.

The position is remote and reports to the Vice President of Admissions and Enrollment, and works in close collaboration with the Finance and Operations team.
