Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity A prestigious Boston university seeks a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the VP of Student Affairs in a fast-paced, student-focused environment. This role requires strong multitasking, communication, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management – Oversee scheduling, prioritize meetings, and resolve conflicts

Communication – Serve as the VP’s primary point of contact, handling inquiries professionally

Travel & Events – Coordinate logistics for domestic and occasional international travel

Expense & Budget – Process reimbursements and manage financial transactions in Workday

Office Operations – Maintain records, order supplies, and improve administrative workflows

Qualifications:

5+ years as an Executive Assistant to a VP or C-suite leader

Proficiency in Google Calendar/Outlook, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Workday

Strong interpersonal skills to handle urgent requests and shifting priorities

Experience with meeting coordination, venue booking, and travel planning

Higher education or multi-executive support experience is a plus
