The Pricing practice is a newly organized and rapidly growing team that supports clients with revenue management, pricing strategy, price model development, packaging, discounting, and execution of pricing strategies.

Senior Manager role is at the core of the project team structure within the Pricing practice and firm more broadly. The team develops strategies and solutions to help clients across a wide range of pricing issues, including defining optimal pricing strategies, pricing model refinement, and research to identify willingness-to-pay, all aimed at driving growth and value. Responsibilities Typically Include

Lead teams to define actionable pricing recommendations that drive growth and align price-value relationships Define and refine pricing models for new and existing products/services Design and conduct customer and channel research to identify willingness-to-pay for key value drivers Collaborate with end-market expert teams on go-to-market strategy and broader commercial growth strategy Articulate pricing best practices for execution, including capabilities, change management, KPI establishment and tracking Manage a team of Associates and Consultants from the start, coordinating with internal centers of excellence and sector experts Develop deliverables and presentations; guide client working teams; communicate insights and recommendations to client leadership Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of proven pricing experience (3+ years in pricing) – ideally in B2B in Industrials or TMT; experience with SaaS pricing is a plus Advanced degree from a top-ranked school preferred (MBA, PhD) Expertise in end-to-end pricing, revenue optimization, and related tools (e.g., conjoint, GTN analysis, profitability analysis) Experience leading client accounts and managing multiple engagements; business development or proposal development is a plus Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills Strong project management, presentation development, and quality control abilities Ability to quickly assess situations and generate actionable insights The base salary at the Senior Manager level is $250,000 (USD); L.E.K. also offers a performance bonus, profit sharing and other benefits.
