Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Hunter-Davies is on the hunt for a visionary and dynamic Vice President of Information Systems & Security. Join our Industrial Flow Technology Control client to spearhead their security ecosystem, lead a pivotal ERP transition, and drive the strategy and execution of cutting-edge security and systems management initiatives. Job Description: The VP of Information Systems will lead our Industrial Fluid Technology client's strategic efforts to safeguard their information assets. This role demands a visionary leader who can manage security operations, lead critical ERP upgrades, protect enterprise systems, and drive initiatives to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy to protect digital assets and information. Lead critical ERP upgrade, ensuring data security and integrity. Oversee the security of Warehouse Management and Salesforce systems. Collaborate with IT and other departments to mitigate risks and achieve compliance with industry standards. Stay ahead of emerging threats by leading research and development of new security technologies. Manage a team of interdisciplinary Information System Managers and foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; Master’s is a bonus but not required. At least 10 years of experience in a Information Systems or Technology. IT Operations or Digital Transformation leadership roles with a focus on enterprise solutions. Proven track record in managing ERP upgrades or transitions, particularly JD Edwards. Proven record in managing Information Systems in a hardware manufacturing or technology environment. Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and Salesforce Architecture Development or implementation. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP highly desirable. Global Collaboration: Engaging in multinational partnerships to tackle global cyber threats collectively. 5. Role as Strategic Advisor and CIO: Boardroom Presence: Serving as a key advisor to the executive board on technology-driven competitive advantages.
